AI Coaching Cancellations

Cancelling Coaching Sessions

If the Customer wishes to cancel their registration, the following policies apply:

a) Cancellations of single Coaching sessions purchased separately are accepted without financial penalty, provided Now Next Later AI receives written notice from the Customer three (3) or more business days before the date of the Coaching session. The customer can cancel the session directly, using the cancellation link sent in the original session confirmation email. A refund will be provided, minus any payment platform provider fees.

b) For cancellations of Coaching packages:
  1. Any sessions already delivered will be charged at the full price of individual session, as defined in the service catalogue.
  2. Any scheduled Coaching sessions canceled within two (2) or fewer business days will be charged at the full price, as defined in the service catalogue.
  3. A refund of the Coaching package will be provided minus the fees specified in clauses 2(b)(1) and 2(b)(2), and any payment platform provider fees.

c) Participants who fail to attend, or cancel less than three (3) business days of the Coaching session date, or attend only part of the session are liable for the full fee.  We may, at our discretion, allow rescheduling should a ticket be submitted here, as soon as possible, explaining the situation.
