Private Courses (Online Live or Classroom) Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your registration, our policy is as follows:

a) Cancellations of the entire Private Course are accepted, without financial penalty provided we receive notice from you, in writing, thirty (30) or more business days before the start date of the Private Course. A refund will be provided minus any payment platform platform provider fees.

b) Cancellations of the entire Private Course within less than thirty (30) business days of the Private Course start date are liable for the full fee. However, you may be able to reschedule to a later date. Check out the Reschedule page.

c) Cancellations of the additional attendees (beyond the 8 included in the base package) of a Private Course (online live or classroom) are accepted, without financial penalty provided we receive notice from you, in writing, seven (7) or more business days before the start date of the Private Course. A refund of participant fees will be provided minus any payment platform provider fees.

d) Additional attendees who fail to show, or cancel within six (5) or less business days of the Private Course start date, or who only attend part of the Private Course are liable for the full fee.
