Public Courses (Online Live or Classroom) Student Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your registration, our policy is as follows:

a) Cancellations are accepted without financial penalty, provided we receive written notice from you at least fifteen (15) business days before the start date of the Public Course. A refund will be provided, minus any payment platform provider fees.

b) Participants who fail to show, cancel within fourteen (14) or fewer business days of the Public Course start date, or only attend part of the Public Course, are liable for the full fee. However, you may be able to transfer to a later Public Course. Check out the transfer page.
